Who can attend?

This masterclass is for People and HR leaders in NOCA member organizations – e.g. SVP, VP, Director, or Head of HR, People, Talent, OD, etc. Each member organization may register up to 2 participants for this session.

Participation is limited, and seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that each member organization’s CPO/CHRO has been invited separately to a closed CPO Masterclass earlier the same day. This invitation is therefore intended for HR people professionals other than the CPO. If a CPO/CHRO has not received their personal invitation by mistake, please contact NOCA@noca.dk

Session format:

The masterclass will consist of a keynote presentation from Professor Alyson Meister followed by peer discussions and reflections. The session will be conducted under Chatham House Rule to support honest, open and confidential dialogue.

About the speaker:

Alyson Meister, Professor, Dean of Degree Programs and Hilti Professor of Leadership & Organizational Behavior at IMD Business School

Alyson Meister, PhD, is the Hilti Professor of Leadership and Dean of Degree Programs at IMD Business School. She is internationally recognised for her research on leadership resilience, well‑being, identity, and diversity, and was named to the Thinkers50 Radar for emerging global thought leaders. Alyson advises leading organisations worldwide on building resilient, inclusive cultures and sustaining performance in highpressurealwayson environments. Alyson advises leading companies worldwide, from Maersk to L’Oréalon building resilient teams and inclusive cultures. Her work bridges rigorous research with practical guidance and is regularly featured in top academic journals and executive outlets.

By registering for this event, you also accept NOCA’s conditions regarding no-show fee.

In order to give the most members the opportunity to participate in the event and to protect ourselves against food waste, we need to know if you are participating, otherwise we can give your place to someone else.

Therefore, if you cancel after the deadline on November 16th 2026 at 12:00 CET or do not arrive on the day, you will subsequently receive a charge of 500 DKK.

Should you be prevented, you are always welcome to send a colleague in your place and thereby avoid paying a no-show fee. Your colleague will need to pick up your name tag upon arrival at the event.
