Relational Leadership

What if leadership is not something you possess, but something you create together with others?

Today’s organisations operate in an environment of constant change, increasing complexity, and growing interdependence. Traditional leadership models often place responsibility on the individual leader to provide certainty, direction, and answers. But what if that understanding of leadership no longer reflects the reality organisations face?

Join us for an international webinar with Professor Sara Louise Muhr, based on the research behind her, and Dr. Poornima Luthra’s, forthcoming book Relational Leadership. Together, we will explore why leadership is increasingly understood as something that is created through relationships rather than exercised through authority, and what this shift means for leaders, HR, and organisations striving to build high-performing workplaces.

We will look into:

1. Rethinking what leadership is

Why leadership is not simply about individuals, positions, or decision-making, but about the relationships, interactions, and organisational systems that shape how people work together.

2. Leading through complexity, ambiguity, and difference

How leaders can move beyond outdated leadership ideals to navigate competing perspectives, organisational tensions, and uncertainty without reducing complexity to simple answers.

3. Building organisations where relationships drive performance

How trust, collaboration, integrity, and human connection become deliberate organisational practices that enable learning, innovation, and sustainable high performance.

Who should attend?

Senior leaders, HR professionals, People & Culture leaders, Leadership Development specialists, Organisational Development practitioners, and anyone interested in how leadership is evolving in today’s organisations.

This webinar will be shared with across Europe and will therefore be in a Townhall format. Thank you for attending, and we will look forward to share this experience with all of you.
