Reward Models 2023 (Online)
Reward systems are a powerful tool for securing both motivation, engagement, and high performance. However, successful reward systems rely on a thorough strategy and depend on conscious choices, continuous development and consistent implementation and communication.
At this event we take a close look at the choices we make within the area of reward models. What options do we have? What are the pros and cons? And how do we navigate expectations from different stakeholders? We also look into some of the specific issues to consider when developing the reward system such as transparency, fairness, and equal pay.
Our focus of the event is:
- What are the pros and cons of different reward systems?
- How do we ensure implementation of reward systems via learning and communication?
- How to account for transparency, equal pay and perceived fairness?
