The Contextual Leader: Navigating Complexity with Purpose and Precision
Supporting leaders in transforming complexity into engagement and momentum
As organizational complexity rises, leaders face a growing challenge: How do we create the structures,
cultures and people environments that allow teams to perform at their best?
In this webinar, Dr. Torben Nørby introduces a research-based perspective on contextual leadership
based on his new book, The Contextual Leader. Torben will dive into how leaders can decode their
organizational context and adapt their leadership to the conditions that drive performance today.
Why leadership must be contextual
Traditional leadership models often fail to address the dynamic interplay between strategy,
organizational design and external forces. Torben offers a framework that helps leaders translate
purpose and strategy into structures, subcultures and team compositions that drive clarity,
empowerment and results.
