The HRBP Influence Lab – Navigating Stakeholders in practice

Engage in a Fast-Paced Stakeholder Experience

How do you create real momentum as an HR Business Partner when alignment is fragile, priorities compete, and expectations accelerate?

The HRBP role is evolving. Today, it calls for more than business proximity. It requires stakeholder intelligence, strategic judgement, and the ability to move people when you do not hold formal authority.

Together with WORKZ, we invite you to step into a fast-paced stakeholder experience game with fellow HRBPs, and explore what truly moves people when interests collide. Please note, this is a focused forum exclusively for HRBPs. To ensure depth of dialogue and space for real exchange, participation is limited to 30 seats, and each organization can register a maximum of two participants.

From perspective to practice

With inspiration from Dave Ulrich’s model and the evolving expectations of the HRBP role, we explore what it takes to act as a credible and strategic partner in today’s organizations. What capabilities matter most right now? And where does HR create tangible business value?

Case session: Creating business impact through stakeholder intelligence

A practical case session focusing on how HRBPs create real business impact through strong stakeholder understanding, and how to gain a genuine voice in strategic decision-making.

Experience influence in action

Through selected elements from Gamechangers, you will engage in a dynamic stakeholder simulation designed to train your ability to navigate complex landscapes and competing agendas and achieve results through influence rather than authority.

It is a hands-on experience where you test your instincts, challenge your assumptions, and sharpen your strategic positioning.

Reflection and peer exchange

Throughout the day, we create space for dialogue, shared dilemmas and concrete takeaways, connecting the experience to your own stakeholder reality.
