Pete Jaworski, Director of People Data & Analytics at A.P. Moller – Maersk
Pete is at the forefront of shaping the vision, strategic roadmap, and developing the People Data & Analytics function of Maersk, the global transport & logistics company. Leading what is possibly the largest people analytics team in the Nordics, Pete’s highly diverse team covers all time zones and comprises more than a dozen nationalities. Prior to joining Maersk, Pete provided Human Capital Analytics advisory services initially in PWC Denmark, then as an independent consultant, and then joining forces with NHCA – an academic consultancy. Additionally, Pete has been Director of Workforce Analytics & Planning at Novo Nordisk and Head of Rewards Analytics & Infrastructure at Nordea.
Phanish Puranam, Professor at INSEAD, Research Director of the INSEAD-Wharton Alliance, and The Roland Berger Chaired Professor of Strategy and Organization Design
Phanish’s research examines how organizations operate – and how we can enhance their effectiveness. His current work explores the various ways intelligent algorithms interact with organizations: as tools, as collaborators, and as templates for organizing. Both his teaching and research focus on how algorithms are reshaping organizational design and practice. He also advises public and private sector organizations on how advanced analytics can be applied to support and improve organizational development. Besides of this he is the Author of Re-Humanize: How to Build Human-Centric Organizations in the Age of Algorithms.
Prithwiraj Choudhury, Lumry Family Associate Professor of Business Administration, Harvard Business School
Prithwiraj is an internationally recognized expert on the Future of Work. With more than a decade in the faculties of both Wharton and Harvard Business School, his research explores how the geography of work is evolving. He focuses on management practices that enable hybrid work, remote work, and “work from anywhere” (WFA). His work also examines how companies, communities, and countries compete to attract remote talent – and how AI and automation can support both desk-based and frontline workers in working from anywhere. In 2023, Forbes named him among the ‘Future of Work 50,’ and in 2024 he was included in the Time-Charter list of thirty global thought leaders shaping the future of work. Known for his pioneering work on digital twins, Prithwiraj discusses how digital technology is transforming remote work- including blue-collar roles.
Dana Minbaeva, Professor of Strategic Human Capital, King’s College London
Dana Minbaeva is a Professor of Human Resource Management at King’s Business School, King’s College of London, UK. She also has a part-time appointment at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark, and works as an affiliate faculty at London Business School, UK. Professor Minbaeva published over 70 articles in international peer reviewed journals, numerous book chapters and reports. Her research on strategic and international HRM has appeared in such top international journals as Academy of Management Review, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Human Resource Management. She is also the author of the recent book Workforce Analytics, which offers cutting-edge insights into leveraging data for strategic HR decisions.
