Karolina Björkman, Global Head of Talent Management & Organization Development, Ramboll
Karolina Björkman is a global HR and Talent Management leader with 20 years of experience helping international organizations build stronger talent, leadership and organizational capabilities. She currently serves as Global Head of CoE Talent Management & Organization Development at Ramboll, where she leads an integrated approach across talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, learning, leadership and inclusion. Throughout her career, Karolina has worked at the intersection of people strategy and business transformation. She has designed and implemented global approaches to change management, succession planning, performance management, talent reviews, career development, employee engagement and leadership development, while partnering closely with executive leadership teams to turn people strategies into practical impact.
