Future-ready talent strategy: Maximize development to impact individual and organizational performance

Building a human-centric talent and performance management strategy:

In this session, Dave Adrian, Global Head of Talent and Organization Development at Maersk, will share the company’s bold journey in transforming their talent and performance management through the MPACT initiative. Developed in collaboration with Korn Ferry, MPACT focuses on embedding continuous feedback, empowering leaders, and aligning talent development directly with Maersk’s business strategy.
This transformation has enabled Maersk to engage thousands of employees globally, foster leadership accountability, and build greater organizational agility – driving measurable improvements in productivity and retention. Read more and watch a short 4-minute video here
Re-imagining how talent drives success: Align evolving talent strategies with business impact in a rapidly changing world
As the world is changing, so too must the way we approach talent. To stay competitive and future-ready, organizations need to move beyond traditional talent management and succession planning – and embrace more agile, human-centered strategies. In this presentation, Marco Mingolla, former EMEA Practice Lead of People Strategy and Performance Solutions at Korn Ferry, will share key findings from Korn Ferry’s recent report, identifying fundamental shifts in talent and succession management:
- Shifting from static to dynamic planning
- Moving from “owning” talent to “having access to it”
- Replacing process-driven HR with human-centered, business-embedded impact.
Taking this into consideration might actually increase productivity, lower employee turnover and make your organization more agile in responding to market changes.
Join us for a day dedicated to shaping the future of talent. Be inspired by fresh perspectives, real-world practices, and strategic insights that will help you lead the next chapter in your organization’s talent journey.
We hope to see you at our Talent Management Day at AU Emdrup on the 20th of August 2025!
