Session format:
The masterclass will consist of a keynote presentation from Professor Raj Choudhury followed by peer discussions and reflections. The session will be conducted under Chatham House Rule to support honest, open and confidential dialogue.
Prithwiraj (Raj) Choudhury, Professor of Organizational Behavior, London School of Economics
Prithwiraj “Raj” Choudhury, PhD, is a Professor at the London School of Economics and Political Science and a globally recognised expert on the Future of Work. Previously on the faculties of Harvard Business School and The Wharton School, his research examines how technology, talent mobility and new work models are reshaping where and how work happens. He is widely known for his work and expertise on “work from anywhere” (WFA), remote and hybrid work, global talent mobility and how AI and automation can enable both desk-based and frontline employees to work more flexibly, including the publishing of his book The World Is Your Office in 2025. Raj’s research has been featured in leading media such as the Financial Times, New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, BBC, CNBC and Forbes. He was named to Forbes’ “Future of Work 50” in 2023 and the TIME–Charter list of global thought leaders shaping the future of work in 2024.

Should you be prevented, you are always welcome to send a colleague in your place and thereby avoid paying a no-show fee. Your colleague will need to pick up your name tag upon arrival at the event.
