The Future Revolution of the Knowledge Workplace

How organizations can rethink leadership, flexibility and the role of the workplace

The knowledge workplace is presently undergoing such a profound transformation that it can very likely be described as a revolution. Rapid technological development, changing employee expectations and new ways of working are reshaping how organisations collaborate, lead and create culture. Yet the majority of organisations continue to address these developments through incremental interventions rather than fundamental transformation.

In this webinar, futurist and author Claus Sneppen explores how the knowledge workplace is evolving from a physical office into a dynamic organizational ecosystem shaped by digital and analogue infrastructure, behavioural change, leadership and human interaction.

Drawing on research and insights from his book The Future (R)evolution of the Office Workplace, Claus will share perspectives on why many organizations are struggling to keep pace with the speed of workplace transformation and why organizations need to rethink not only where work happens, but how work, leadership and organizational structures are designed for the future.

The session will explore:

  • How knowledge workplace transformation is reshaping leadership, collaboration and organizational structures
  • The evolving relationship between physical workplaces, digital infrastructure and human interaction
  • Why changing employee expectations are redefining flexibility, culture and talent retention
  • The growing challenge of aligning workplace strategies, leadership practices and actual employee behaviour
  • What the defining dilemmas of the knowledge workplace are, and why one-size-fits-all solutions will fit no one moving forward.
  • How organizations can balance autonomy, collaboration and organizational cohesion in increasingly flexible work environments
  • Why the analogue office is becoming an intentional destination for collaboration, coherence and culture
  • How organizations can create sustainable workplace strategies in times of rapid organizational and technological change

As organizations navigate increasing complexity and accelerating change, the knowledge workplace is becoming more than a location and default work destination.

This session is especially relevant for HR and People & Culture professionals, leaders, workplace strategists and organizational development specialists working with the future of work and employee experience.
