1. Hands-on with VR
Try on the VR headsets and step into the virtual training universe. Experience firsthand how virtual training in, for example, conflict management (soft skills) and pallet packing (hard skills) feels alongside other curious participants.
2. Inspiring best practice cases
Hear about cases from various industries and training formats that uses VR for competency development. We are pleased to welcome Carlsberg’s Morten Vinther, Senior Excellence Lead, to the workshop.
With the launch of THE EXPERIENCE, Carlsberg is setting the bar high for ensuring effective and engaging learning every single day in an industry where staff turnover can be high, and training new colleagues in a busy environment can be costly. Training and learning with VR have been proven to be effective and, at the same time, highly engaging.
3. Ideation workshop and knowledge sharing
Explore the potential of these technologies in areas such as onboarding and competency development, and share your new ideas and perspectives within the group, inspiring each other.

In his role as an advisor and expert in digital transformation, he is dedicated to exploring and challenging the potential of digital tools and technologies with a holistic perspective that prioritizes both economic efficiency and sustainability.
Michael is often a keynote speaker at events across industries, focusing on innovation and future technologies.

Morten Vinther, Senior Excellence Lead, Carlsberg
Morten Vinther is Senior Excellence Lead at Carlsberg and has soon worked there for 13 years with everything from trade marketing to category activation and channel development. He is one of the minds behind THE EXPERIENCE – the VR-project for employee training – that Carlsberg has developed in collaboration with Virsabi, enabling remote training of the employees of Carlsberg’s clients around the world.
