NOCA happy members


NOCA is an association based on sharing of knowledge and network within HR-related topics. NOCAs members encompass:

  • Public and private companies and organizations
  • Universities and other educational institutions
  • Consultancy companies with focus on organization- and leadership development.

Members of NOCA wish to be part of a learning environment, where everyone shares knowledge and experiences. You get insight into recent research within HR, which can be processed to actual value in the individual company.

The activities in NOCA are ”tit for tat”. It means that all members must be willing to contribute to the network with knowledge and experiences from their daily work. This ensures that everyone gets value for their money, and a lot in return.

The fields of interest in NOCA range from business development, strategic competence development, organisational design, talent development, leader development, employer branding, Global HR, etc. The agenda is set by NOCAs members, so the themes change when focus of the members change. So help us set the agenda for the future.


A membership to NOCA covers your entire organisation. This means that several people from your organisation can participate in NOCAs activities without extra charge.

  • Enrolment fee: 25.000 DK kr + VAT
