The theme considers both the “hard” elements of an organization (design) – structures, frameworks, systems, policies and metrics – and the “soft” elements of an organization (development) – culture, capabilities, values, behaviors and relationships.

The theme is open to all but especially designed to fit HR professionals responsible for HR strategy and HR process development. Also, HR professionals working with change management, either within HR or supporting business, will be able to benefit from this theme.
