Activites: Theme meetings

The theme Learning and Development looks at how we ensure that employees and managers have the knowledge, skills and competencies to fulfil individual and organizational needs and goals.

Learning and Development - NOCA

We focus on how organisations can create the culture and environment for individuals and organisations to learn and grow. This means knowing the current and future capability needs of the organization, as well as how to create a learning culture that drives engagement.

We also look at how organisations can use blended learning approaches, including face-to-face, digital, social collaborative and/or coaching, and apply motivational and behavioural science into learning and development in organizations.

The theme is designed to fit HR professionals responsible for Learning and Development. In addition, the theme will also accommodate HR Business Partners as well as HR Specialists responsible for Leadership Development and/or Talent Management.
