Thomas is a member of NOCAs Board of Directors. Besides of this he is Chief Human Resources Officer at Nets A/S. Earlier he was VP Human Resources at Copenhagen Airports and before this he worked as VP HR at Carlsberg.
Anne Lindholm Behnk, Head of HR at Aarhus University
Anne is a member of NOCA’s Board of Directors and Head of HR at Aarhus University. Anne joined Aarhus University in December 2012, after being Senior Director Talent Management / Corporate HR at Arla Foods, where she took the role of Head of Organizational Development. In November 2015, Anne became Head of HR at Aarhus University.

Henrik is Head of the Defense Academy, and is a trained officer in the defense and a commander in the Navy. He has an HD in Organization and a Master in Public Administration. Henrik has a long career in defense with experience from the Navy as Ship Manager and Chief positions in the Defense Command, the Armed Forces Staff Service and the Defense Academy
