Come and try a new way to develop employees!
On Tuesday, October 3rd, NOCA is hosting an employee development ideation event in collaboration with Virsabi. Virsabi works with virtual, augmented and mixed reality and specializes in VR training and education. Their customers include Red Bull, DSB and Maersk.
You will have the opportunity to try on the VR glasses and feel how it feels to step into the virtual training universe. For example, you can train conflict management or learn how to pack pallets, and you will also work on onboarding with a group of like-minded participants.
The event has an ideation approach, where together we generate new ideas and perspectives that will give you inspiration on how you can use VR for employee development in your organization.
The event will be held from 9-12 at Virsabi in the side building of the Odd Fellow Mansion. There will be coffee from 8.45am and a light lunch and networking from 12.00-12.30pm for those who have time and want to stay. There is room for 25 participants. We guarantee inspiration, laughter and surprises.
