Christian Harpelund is an expert in organizational development and management (with specialisms in change management and collaborative management). He is a trained organizational psychologist and has worked as a practitioner in the field since 1997. He is a serial entrepreneur and an internationally recognized and award-winning product developer within concepts for the field of organizational psychology practice. Christian has published several Danish and English articles on management and organizational development, and is co-author of the book "Onboarding - flying from start" (2016). Dorte and Katrine run various organizational and management development projects at Zealand University Hospital. The projects are run with great involvement from the end users and with a strong focus on the projects making sense for the users and making a difference. Dorte and Katrine have just implemented a new concept for the onboarding of middle managers at SUH, as a natural extension of an onboarding project for all employees at SUH. Dorte and Katrine talk on the webinar about how they have worked with the project, about the tools developed and implementation of the project. Zealand University Hospital is an organization with 274 middle managers and approx. 7000 employees.

Katrine has a bachelor's degree in Business Studies and Communication, as well as a master's degree in Business Management, both from Roskilde University. Katrine has a background in both pedagogy and administration, including 7 years as an administrative employee at Gymnastikefterskolen Stevns and 4 years as a teaching assistant at Rødvig Children's Center. Today, Katrine is a Specialist Consultant for HR and Education at Zealand's University Hospital and works to support the staff and management in creating a well-being-promoting working environment.
