AI in HR: Practical & Legal Aspects

AI is undergoing explosive development and is being actively integrated across industries and functions. However, many HR professionals are currently faced with questions about what AI can and must be used for in practice. Join this webinar, where together we explore concrete examples of AI's use as well as the legal considerations when organizations are faced with implementing the technology.

The webinar will include a presentation from Søren Skjerbek, Partner at the law firm Norrbom Vinding, a leader in Danish labor and employment law, and Michael Jensen, Partner at KPMG, who has extensive experience with the development and implementation of artificial intelligence in Denmark. The structure of the webinar will be that Michael Jensen from KPMG starts by presenting AI and giving practical examples of how the technology is used within the HR area. Norrbom Vinding will then review the legal aspects that should be considered when using AI within HR.

Søren Skjerbek, Partner, Norrbom Vinding

Søren has been with Norrbom Vinding for more than 18 years. He deals with all aspects of labor and employment law, but has the following special areas of interest: Collective labor law, Employee relations of public authorities and privatized companies, Civil service law and administrative law, legal proceedings, personal data and discrimination as well as administrative and public law cases. Søren is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), Employment Lawyers and the Danish Association for Labor Law. In addition, Søren has been an external lecturer in labor law at the University of Copenhagen for many years.

Michael Jensen, Partner – Sustainability/ESG – Digital products – NewTech

Michael Birkebæk Jensen works as Partner, sustainability/ESG – Digital Products and Newtech at KPMG Denmark, where he is passionate about combining ground-breaking technologies with ESG/sustainability, business and entrepreneurship. With 14 years of experience in technology and business strategy consulting, he holds a Master's degree in Strategy and Organizational Dynamics, a CEMS Master in International Management with a focus on advanced corporate strategy, and has completed Singularity University's Graduate Studies Program where he gained insight into the technologies that will affect our society for the next 50 years and how to harness their enormous potential.
