Deloitte Global Human Capital Trends 2020 (Online)

Every year, Deloitte asks thousands of business leaders from all over the world about the most pressing human capital trends and challenges in their organizations. Completed by nearly 10,000 respondents in over 100 countries, Deloitte’s 2020 Global Human Capital Trends report is the largest longitudinal survey of its kind.

At this NOCA event you will get an exclusive introduction to the new results of the 2020 report, where Deloitte’s Human Capital leaders will present key findings from their 2020 global trends survey. From here, you will have the oportunity to participate in peer-discussions about the conclusions of the report as well as gain insights into how these trends will affect how other HR-professionals work in the future.

2020 marks the 10th annual Global Human Capital Trends report. We will use this year’s survey to gather insights looking back over the past ten years of trends and forward to the year 2030 and the megatrends shaping the future.

Her key focus is to support organizations in augmenting and adapting their workforce to fit the business strategy.

Jass leads the Next Gen HR Transformation team in Denmark and brings international and cross-industry experience in his advisory roles. Jass’ primary focus is to help Human Capital clients navigate future disruptions and activate a shift towards enhanced and optimised HR service delivery.

The presentation is in English, however breakout sessions for discussions can be both in Danish or English upon request.
