NOCA's Anniversary 2020 – HR and Transformation (Online)

Transformation has become a basic condition in many organizations. We transform our organizations to increase efficiency and meet changing competitive conditions and new market conditions. We understand that. But do we also understand what this means for HR?

NOCA's Anniversary - HR and Transformation

What is the role of HR in transformation processes?

When processes become digital and business models agile, it affects management and organization. When the competitive parameter increasingly becomes the company's employees, it has consequences for recruitment and retention, and when the focus shifts from traditional education to learning organizations, it not only changes the internal course catalog but also the organizational culture.

There is no doubt that an increased focus on transformation in organizations places greater demands on our HR organisations. At the same time, there is no doubt that even the same focus on transformation creates a completely unique platform for developing our HR discipline. However, in order to be successful as a sparring partner for the organisation, it is necessary that we in HR understand transformation and, not least, that we know – and take responsibility for – our role in the transformation process.

NOCA's anniversary 2020 focuses on "HR and transformation".

  • What does HR need to know about transformation?
  • What is the role of HR in transformation processes?
  • How do we ensure that we in HR have the skills needed to support our organizations through transformation?
