How to get started with NOCA

NOCA stands for Network of Corporate Academies and is an association of companies, established in 2002. We are a non-political, not-for-profit organisation, owned and run by our members, for our members.

The purpose of NOCA is to build a bridge between research and practice within HR (Human Resources) and to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and exchange of experience between our members. We are a meeting place for HR researchers and professionals, where we share knowledge and experiences that create value and increased competitiveness for our member companies.

As a member of NOCA, you get access to a number of benefits, including the opportunity to participate in exclusive events, workshops and seminars. You also get access to our knowledge base with articles, research and tools within HR. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in networking activities and exchange experiences with other professionals within HR.

If you do not have your own login to our website, you can create one here or write an email to noca@noca.dk, provide your name and e-mail, and we will create you. You will then receive an email with your personal login.

On our website you can see all our events. If you do not have a user, you register via the registration button on the individual event, a short form will open which you must fill out.

If you have a user, you log in to noca.dk with your personal login. Then you go to the event you would like to register for and click on the registration button, and you are registered!

If you were logged in to noca.dk when you registered, you can see an overview of the events you are registered for. If you wish to unsubscribe from an event, simply go to the event and press the button "Unsubscribe". You can also always write an email to noca@noca.dk, and then we unsubscribe you.

We would like people to deregister no later than 24 hours before the start of the event. However, should you fall ill, send us an email as soon as possible at noca@noca.dk, and then we register you as unsubscribed.

No. All member organizations pay an annual fee to NOCA. It covers all employees in your organisation, and you therefore do not have to pay to participate in our events.

Yes. At NOCA, knowledge sharing and networking are always at the fore, so everything we do is with that in mind. Therefore, NOCA also organizes an annual study trip to the world's largest management conference, Academy of Management, which attracts over 10.000 researchers and practitioners within management, organization and strategy. The conference is user-paid, but there is of course a discount for NOCA members. In addition, we also engage in various research projects and conferences to ensure that we always have the latest HR knowledge to share with our members.
