Talent in Ørsted incl. Q&A with Cristina Fors Holmark, Ørsted's Head of Learning

Hear how Ørsted has worked to increase employee mobility and at the same time meet the employees' wishes for even better opportunities for career development with a focus on transparency, roles and responsibilities. Cristina shares her insight into Ørsted's perspectives and delves into some of the relationships between learning, development, release and management. Karin Nicholson Kristensen, Microsoft's Talent & Development Director

Karin is at the forefront of Microsoft's initiatives in the area of ​​talent, and she therefore has unique experience in creating internal career paths. Karin is a prominent figure in talent development and career strategy. She is a skilled and experienced HR manager with successful experiences from the IT industry. Throughout her 21 years at Microsoft, she has worked with everything from talent management, management development and change management to organizational culture and organizational development.

Cristina Fors Holmark, Head of Learning for Ørsted

Cristina is responsible for global learning and career development – ​​called Career Pathways – in Ørsted. In addition, Cristina is responsible for mentoring, coaching, onboarding and methodology in management development. She has previously developed and designed a new talent program for specialists in Ørsted and has developed and run talent programs at various levels. Cristina is a strategic and operational HR manager with more than 20 years of experience within the production and energy industry.

Marie Skov, Lead Talent Development for VELUX

Marie is a strategic HR consultant with extensive international experience in the development and implementation of key HR initiatives within organizational development, performance management, talent development, leadership development and change management. She has worked with VELUX for almost 5 years, and previously for NNE, Vestas and Danske Bank.

 

Billy Adamsen, talent researcher and author

Billy is a talent researcher and author of the upcoming book "Work Identity: A Neurophilosophical Perspective," is associate professor and head of the Talent Lab at the Zealand Academy of Technology & Business, Denmark. He has written books on management, talent management, work identity and work-related stress. In addition to his academic experience, he has worked as a certified stress and work identity coach and as a manager and director in national and international companies.

 

Marie-Louise Wolfsberg Schmidt, Project Manager, Ministry of Defense Materiel and Procurement Agency, (civil engineer, DTU)

Marie-Louise is a member of IDA Lederforum's board; has participated in IDA's Future STEM Leaders.
