Strategic Competence Development
This group is exclusively for the manager responsible for the strategic HR development of the organization.
Only one participant from each member organizations can be included in this group.
The purpose of the group is to create a forum where there is the opportunity for sharing knowledge, inspiration and dialogue about the challenges of developing the knowledge, skills and competencies of your staff in order to facilitate and support strategy execution.
The topics in this group is defined as confidential, and this is to create a ‘safe space’ where the HRD manager feels comfortable with sharing their both their ideas and concerns about their own practices.
The meetings of the group are characterised by presence, energy and commitment. As a result, the group, in addition to the professional dialogue, also provides the basis for dialogues about strategic management and personal challenges in the execution of the job, as the person responsible for strategic competence development.
