Knowledge Sharing Group – Neurodiversity (CLOSED for sign ups)

19. februar 2024
kl. 12.30 - 14.00  CET

Do you work with neurodiversity? Then join a knowledge exchange group driven by NOCA members!

Workplaces that foster a strong sense of inclusion and belonging tend to have more engaged employees. The inclusion of neurodiverse employees in the workforce can enhance the experience of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) and contribute to a more positive organizational culture.

Neurodiversity is important and that’s why NOCA is starting a knowledge exchange group on neurodiversity for HR professionals and organizations already engaged in neurodiversity initiatives – or those looking to begin their journey. Join us for the startup meeting.

NOCA will be hosting the two first meetings with the initiator Kristina Kreiner, Senior L&D partner and Member of the DEI council at Hempel. Afterwards, the group will be self-driven.

Agenda:

12:30 – 12:50: Welcome and introductions of members

12:50 – 13:10: Kristina Kreiner’ journey into neurodiversity advocacy in Hempel (incl. Q&A)

13:10 – 13:15: Short break

13:15 – 13:55: Group set up and next meeting

13:35 – 13.55: Wishes for and contributions to the group

13.55 – 14.00: Closing and see you next time

Examples of topics:

  • The Business Case for Neurodiversity: Discover how neurodiversity can drive ethical behavior, innovation, and performance within your organization.
  • Inclusive Hiring, Development and Support: Learn from organizations that have successfully implemented neurodiversity programs.
  • Navigating Challenges: Discuss the common obstacles and strategies for overcoming them.

This group is your opportunity to:

  • Connect: Network with peers, HR professionals, and organizations dedicated to neurodiversity.
  • Learn: Gain insights from experiences and success stories from the largest organizations in Denmark.
  • Share: Contribute with your own experiences and best practices to drive a meaningful, valuable and still underemphasized topic.

Target Audience:

NOCA members with an interest in driving a neurodiversity agenda in their organization. You want to share your practices and experiences, and you are also curious on how other people and organizations work on being more neurodiverse-friendly.

Number of members: max. 15
