-How to Engage, Inspire, and Thrive
The landscape of work has changed fundamentally!
When we look at this new landscape, we see employees who like to be at the office 5 days a week, others 2 days a week, and then there are people who like working completely remote. An overall conclusion is that our way of working has changed, but this is the perfect opportunity to reset, re-energize, and reinvent as we embrace our work in the future!
Join us at this NOCA event where we are joined by Dr. Tracy Brower, author of the books ‘The Secrets to Happiness at Work’ and ‘Bring Work to Life’. She will focus on key shifts for HR and leadership – and on how we can create the conditions to not only engage but inspire and thrive. You will hear new perspectives, get new research, and fresh viewpoints on the journey and learn about how we should adapt and succeed in the future of our work.
Tracy will cover the following elements:
- Creating a community that fosters a sense of belonging at work
- Hybrid work: what opportunities and challenges do we face when it comes to happiness?
- The importance of cultural change for creating happiness, performance, success, and fulfillment.
Tracy’s books are described as concise, optimistic, and energetic – a TED talk in book form. And you can also expect that these are the same qualities that Tracy will bring to us live. So, join us at this NOCA event where you will get inspired in leading for the future.
