Work redesigned – Avoid burnout in hybrid work environments (Online)

02. februar 2022
kl. 09.00 - 10.00  CET

Many organizations are currently changing how they work and moving to new hybrid systems where remote work is much more common. However, signs are showing, that hybrid work only increases the risk of burnout. The question is, how can we avoid burnout in hybrid work environments?

How to redesign work?

Increasing remote work require complementary changes to avoid burnout. At this NOCA event we will be joined by Erin L. Kelly who co-authored the book Overload. Erin will summarize key research findings from the book and introduce specific ideas for doing hybrid well. She will do this by presenting 5 key insights for setting up hybrid in a way that works for both employees and their firms.
