HR Business Partner Day 2024 – CLOSED FOR SIGN UPS
NOCA is excited to invite you to our HR Business Partner Day, a conference organized in collaboration with Nordea
In an era defined by rapid technological advancements and evolving workplace dynamics, the role of HR Business Partners has become more crucial than ever. They serve as strategic advisors, collaborating with organizational leaders to drive growth, foster innovation, and cultivate a thriving workplace culture.
The purpose of our HR Business Partner Day is to enhance your competencies as an HR Business Partner and provide you with tips and inspiration to address the challenges you encounter in your role.
We aim to cover a range of key topics central to navigating in the modern HR landscape:
Evolving the HRBP Role: From Operational Excellence to Strategic Leadership
Anders Ibsen, COO of Leadership Pipeline Institute (LPI), will outline how to transition from operational HR to strategic leadership. Based on The Leadership Pipeline and insights from over 10,000 managers, this session outlines key skills, value shifts, and actions to help HR professionals elevate their impact and advance toward senior roles like CHRO.
AI-driven organizational change
Louise Harder Fischer, Associate Professor at the IT University of Copenhagen, will present her research about the perils and perks of AI in the workplace, focusing particularly on the balance between achieving productivity and well-being. In an interactive session, Dorthe Håhr Dupont, Learning Lead at Nordea, will ask questions about the dilemmas that HR and organizations face as well as HR’s role in integrating AI.
HRBP 2.0: Evolving from Process Experts to Business Value Drivers
Camilla Ellehave, Managing Partner at RBL Europe, will show you how to maximize your impact using the “Outside-In” approach from the Dave Ulrich model. Discover how aligning HR initiatives with external trends, industry factors and organizational strategy can drive measurable value.
Cross-functional Business Partnering
Michael Lykke Bülow, Managing Partner at Business Partnering Institute, will introduce you to cross-functional business partnering. In today’s complex business landscape, the multifaceted challenges cannot be addressed in silos of essential functions like HR, IT, and Finance. A cross-functional approach enhances the value of these enabling functions, and HR has a pivotal role in leading this transformation.
