Leadership Development 2022 – what is next practice?

Demand for flexible and hybrid work, increasing focus on involvement, empowerment and psychological safety and new approaches for upskilling and reskilling. There are many disrupting forces for transforming leadership. At this meeting we take a look at the leadership skills of the future and discuss how LD and HR specialists can and should facilitate the transformation of leadership to secure a continuous learning environment.

It represents the company’s core and enable the motivation, skills, curiosity, and growth mindset needed to deliver on business strategy and secure competitiveness. At this event Kasper will talk about how to build future-proof leadership development at an organizational level focusing on combining the authentic leader with the requirement in each leadership role. Kasper will cover how focusing on the basics of building people-centric empowering leaders drive performance, well-being and engagement – and what it looks like in practice.

Dorthe has in depth experience with leadership, strategy, business development and transformation from both practice in the financial sector as well as from academic research. At this event Dorthe will talk about why it’s important that leaders focus on creating a continues learning environment – and how HR can provide value to the business by supporting leaders in creating best possible learning environment.
