Alice Larsen, SVP, People & Organization, Novonesis
Alice is the Senior Vice President of People & Organization at Novonesis. Alice heads their strategic initiatives to align organizational structures, streamline processes, and nurture a unified company culture that embraces sustainability as well as diversity and inclusion.
In her former role as EVP Human Resources at Chr. Hansen, Alice played a pivotal role in the transformative journey of merging Chr. Hansen and Novozymes into Novonesis with shared culture, values, and talents from both organizations.
Alice will share her perspective and insights into how to future proof the People & Organization department in Novonesis to prepare this new biotech powerhouse for the future.
Camilla Wissing Bille, Senior Vice President – People & Culture at Better Collective
Camilla has been heading People & Culture at Better Collective since 2009. In her 15 years at Better Collective, Camilla has played a key role in creating a shared culture across countries. The company has been successful with numerous acquisitions in Europe and the USA scaling the company from around 800 employees to an organization of around 1600 employees.
She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen. Later, she developed her skills at the University of Massachusetts, Sloan School of Management, New York University, IMD, and Harvard Business School.
Camilla will share her learnings and insights about HRs role in transforming the organization while preparing for the future.
Jens Baier, Managing Director & Senior Partner, BCG
Jens leads Boston Consulting Group’s work in human resources (HR) in Central and South America, Europe, and the Middle East (CEMA). He has specialized in human resource (HR) and since joining the firm in 2000, he has managed HR excellence programs, migrating HR IT to cloud solutions, developing strategies, and overseeing large-scale transformations and organizational redesigns across a variety of industries in Germany, Europe, the Middle East, and South Africa.
Jens is the leader of BCG’s work in HR, and he contributes significantly to the field as the lead author of the ‘Creating People Advantage’ (CPA) report and several periodicals, including the Decoding Global Talent Series.
Philipp Kolo, Partner and Associate Director, People Strategy & HR, BCG
Philipp is a core member of the People & Organization practice at Boston Consulting Group. With over 15 years of consulting experience, Philipp is a recognized expert in People Strategy and HR, playing a key role in BCG’s sustainability efforts from the People perspective for Europe, Middle East, South America, and Africa (the EMESA region).
His work is focused on modernizing HR functions and translating digital and sustainability transformations into people strategies. Philipp has been pivotal in supporting BCG’s leading European clients, showcasing his expertise in tackling talent and skill challenges.
His leadership extends to his previous role as Recruiting Director, responsible for BCG’s own talent acquisition, and he is the lead author of influential publications, including the CPA study and insights on the ‘Future of Jobs’.
Mathias Makedonski, Associate Director, BCG
Mathias specializes in People Analytics and HR, co-leading the People and Organization Practice area in the Nordics. His expertise focuses on designing and implementing HR operating models and People Analytics processes, supporting BCG clients in refining HR strategies and operations.
Mathias contributes to the development of BCG’s proprietary tools and publications in this space. Additionally, he plays an active role in BCG’s internal learning organization. Mathias has 8 years of consulting experience, and he has a PhD in Mathematics from University of Copenhagen.
Ulrik S. Brix, CEO, NOCA
Ulrik is CEO at NOCA, the Danish HR Association. Ulrik has 20+ years of People & Organization (P&O) experience. As a leader and an advisor, he has developed the P&O profession and organizations in general. He holds a master’s degree in HRM and an industrial Ph.D. in Organizational Analysis from CBS, reflecting his academic interest in the field.
In his role as the leader of NOCA, Ulrik facilitates knowledge sharing and exchange of experiences among Denmark’s largest organizations as well as collaboration between people and partners in the P&O ecosystem. Ulrik is also a member of several advisory boards at Danish universities, and he is a board member of the European Association for People Management (EAPM).

If you therefore cancel after the deadline June 24th at 12:00 CET or do not arrive on the day, you will subsequently receive a charge of 450 DKK.
Should you be prevented, you are always welcome to send a colleague in your place and thereby avoid paying a no-show fee. (Your colleague just needs to pick up your name tag upon arrival at the event)
