These case studies will provide actionable insights, inspire you to adapt and excel in your leadership role and inspire you to further your development journey.

Breaking boundaries: Embodied Leadership in Agile Leadership

In leadership, the importance of the body is often overlooked, even though the body constantly sends sensory impressions to the brain, coloring and directing the leader’s perspective, feeling, thinking, and action.

Petra-Sofie Kemp, facilitator of “Embodied Leadership,” will invite us to experience leadership in a deeper way. The body helps us in being more agile leaders. Small, conscious adjustments on the spot can make a significant impact on our ability to be present, curious, and navigate complex situations simultaneously.

Understanding the role and impact of the body can be challenging. That is why you will be invited to stand up and experience the impact on your own body and witness the change in your peer group.

Networking Opportunities

Our conference offers valuable networking opportunities besides knowledge sharing. Connect with fellow HR professionals and leaders, thought leaders, and industry experts. Share ideas, engage in thought-provoking conversations, and foster invaluable connections.

We are looking forward to your attendance with the knowledge and expertise you’ll bring to this event. Be prepared to explore the exciting world of agile leadership, adaptability, and innovative strategies.

Join us for an event that has the potential to further your leadership journey as a guide of human change.

Nb. If you’re a CBS student or alumni, you can either sign up through NOCA or CBS.
