How To Get People Analytics Right? (Online)

We need to make sure our activities are business linked, and we need to ensure that our decisions are evidence-based. We are in HR very aware that we need to have an increased focus on people analytics to act as a strategic advisor in people-related matters – however, how are we actually doing?

The gap between intended and actual integration of People Analytics

At this NOCA event, we take a look at the often-described gap between intentional and real integration of people analytics in organisations. We investigate the following questions:

  • What are the typical struggles of evidence-based HR?
  • What can we – in all parts of HR – do to improve evidence-based decisions?
  • What does it mean to view people analytics as a tool?
