On November 15th 2016 we meet at Novo Nordisk for an afternoon of HR Analytics and how this brings predictability to our organizations.
Most organizations make use of HR descriptive analysis e.g. tables, reports, metrics, etc. However HR predictive analytics will enable organizations to analyze the past and look forward to spot trends in key areas such as turnover, absence etc. But how can predictive analysis be applied?
Novo Nordisk will explain and provide examples of how it has integrated predictive analytics into its strategic workforce planning methodology, as a means of allowing HR business partners to test their hypotheses about closing specific capability gaps foreseen in the future workforce.
