In today’s dynamic and competitive business landscape, Talent Acquisition isn’t just a department; it’s the lifeblood of your organization’s growth and success.

Your ability to identify, attract, retain, and connect the right talent directly impacts your capacity to innovate, thrive, and perform in the market. However, today, organizations finding the right talent for our organizations is becoming more difficult. Therefore, it’s important to keep up to date with the trends, development, best practices, and different approaches within the Talent Acquisition field.

We are hosting our first Annual Talent Acquisition Day to help you gain this insight. This conference will be a recurring event every year, allowing us to inspire you in your daily work with TA continuously. The ambition is to inspire you professionally and connect with your TA peers in the largest Danish companies and public organizations.

Christina Bjerregaard Kløcker, Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Chr. Hansen

Christina is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently holding the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Chr. Hansen, where she has been employed for the past six years. In her role as a global subject matter expert in talent acquisition, she is responsible for overseeing employer branding, recruitment, and onboarding frameworks and she leads a team of six talent acquisition professionals in Denmark. In her previous role as Head of Recruitment at Chr. Hansen Denmark, Christina led continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing local recruitment services and improving the overall experience for both candidates and hiring managers. She played a key role in developing and implementing operational HR process improvements, introducing a Kaizen optimization concept in HR Denmark and adopting an agile approach to projects.

Heidi Wassini, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Evangelist

Heidi is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. She is an Advisory Board Member at DigiMatcher, significantly contributing to the digital recruitment landscape. Her expertise spans advisory services on Employer Branding, optimizing talent acquisition processes, and implementing innovative systems such as TalentHub (Starred) and Ten-gai, the world’s first interview avatar. Heidi is the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Evangelist, giving organizational design and advisory services. Heidi specializes in helping organizations determine the skills and competencies required today and in the future. Her expertise also extends to executive search, talent acquisition from A to Z, and in-house consultancy.

Heidi’s versatile skill set has found applications across various organizations, including: Copenhagen Airports, Vivino, Telenor, EY and Ramboll.

 

Carl-Johan Holmberg, Researcher, Refapp

Carl-Johan, a Researcher at Refapp for two years, is dedicated to evidence-based practice. With a bachelor’s degree in work and organizational psychology and a master’s degree in work science, he remains updated on the latest research in recruitment, inclu

ding personality psychology and intelligence. Passionate about integrating science for accurate decisions, he advocates for the underestimated reference checking method. At Refapp, Carl-Johan employs scientific methodologies to enhance the utility of reference checking, maximizing customer value and highlighting the transformative potential of evidence-based practices in personnel selection.

 

Carolina Emanuelson, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead, Apoteket AB

Carolina Emanuelson, a seasoned professional in talent management, currently excels as the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead at Apoteket AB. Her mission is to strategically optimize talent acquisition efforts, identifying high-quality candidates to meet hiring goals and drive business success. Carolina’s career highlights include a notable tenure at the government agency, Swedish Public Employment 

Service in the position as Talent Manager at the IT department and contributions at GOALS as Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead. Throughout her career, Carolina has demonstrated unwavering commitment to optimizing talent acquisition and employer branding, solidifying her role as a key contributor to successful organizations.

Emira Blomberg

Emira Blomberg, Chief Strategy Officer at Refapp, brings over a decade of diverse experience in recruitment. Her journey began in 2007 as a recruitment consultant at an agency, and since then, she has seamlessly transitioned between operational, tactical, and strategic roles. Emira’s career includes serving as a TA Manager at Sweden’s largest insurance company, assuming a business executive role in executive search, and contributing expertise in organizational psychology. Prior to joining Refapp, Emira held the position of Head of Academy and Insights at Assessio, solidifying her last four years’ focus within the realm of TA tech.

 

Mark Bauer Ruby, Senior Process Expert, Novo Nordisk

Mark Bauer Ruby is a psychologist from the University of Copenhagen and has been a part of Novo Nordisk since 2017. Today, he holds the position of Senior Process Expert, where he is responsible for driving process optimization and innovation of HR processes, with a special focus on the hiring process.

Nina Juul Bergmann Schjødt, Head of Talent Attraction & Acquisition, Nordea

Envision a future where we seamlessly integrate various staffing pools – consultants, temporary labour, and permanent employees to name a few – regardless which hiring channels, i.e. regular recruitment processes, procurement processes, temporary labour vendors, or recruitment agencies would be used. The impact of this could be quite significant, with benefits such as an enhanced candidate and hiring people leader experience, cost efficiencies, and optimized workforce dynamics. The presentation will cover some of the ideas that have led to this thinking and where we potentially see it going in the future.

Andrea Ihle, Talent Attraction Partner Nordics

Andrea Ihle is a seasoned Talent Attraction Partner currently serving as the head of Talent Attraction for Nestlé in the Nordic region. Within Nestlé, she also holds the role of AI ambassador within the HR department.

Previously, Andrea played a pivotal role as the Head of People & Culture at Valtech, where she spearheaded cross-country initiatives in the EMEA region for Valtech’s Digital Strategy & Data Transformation service line. Her skill set encompasses Global Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and Management.

Prior to her time at Valtech, Andrea held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at http://Likvido.com , where she applied her management expertise to contribute to the company’s growth.

Throughout her career, Andrea has successfully established two Talent Acquisition functions, showcasing her wealth of knowledge and expertise.

If you therefore cancel after the deadline January 17th 12:00 CET or do not arrive on the day, you will subsequently receive a charge of 450 DKK.
Should you be prevented, you are always welcome to send a colleague in your place and thereby avoid paying a no-show fee. (Your colleague just needs to pick up your name tag upon arrival at the event).
